What material is the frame made from? Premium Acetate, with a stainless steel temple.
Is the lens treated for UV? Every lens is UV400, blocking 99.9% of UVA and UVB.
How does the frame fit? The frame is a rounded oval at a considered medium proportion, weighted to sit balanced on the face for repeat wear. Full measurements are listed on the product page.
How do I know if the size is right for me? Compare the measurements on the product page with a frame already in your collection — the three numbers (lens width, bridge, temple length) are listed on the product page. If a closer comparison is needed, email contact@shopmenina.com with a photograph of a current frame and we will advise.
Can the frame be fitted with prescription lenses? Yes. The frame is sold with a non-prescription lens and can be fitted with a prescription lens by an optician of your choice. MENINA does not currently offer in-house prescription fitting. MENINA is not held accountable for any damage caused by this process.
What is included with the order? The frame, a soft case, a microfiber cloth, care instructions and a branded box. Packaging is unbranded outside the wordmark.
How is the frame cared for? Use the included cloth to clean the lens. Avoid heat above 60°C, which can warp the frame. For re-fitting, bring the frame to any optician.
Where does MENINA ship? Australia, the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. Standard shipping is complimentary within Australia and the United States, and a flat rate to Canada and New Zealand. Express shipping is available at checkout for all regions.
How long does shipping take? Standard delivery is 3–5 business days within Australia, the United States, Canada, and New Zealand. Express delivery is 1–3 business days in all regions.
Is the order tracked? Yes. A tracking number is sent by email when the order is dispatched.
What is the return policy? Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, free of charge, in original condition and packaging. A 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects.
What if the frame arrives damaged? Reply to the order confirmation email or contact@shopmenina.com with the order number and a photograph. A replacement is sent at no cost. If stock is exhausted, a full refund will be made to your original payment.
What payment methods are accepted? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Are duties and taxes included? Prices include applicable sales tax in the United States and GST in Australia. MENINA ships only within these two regions, so no import duties apply.
