These terms govern the use of shopmenina.com and any purchase made from it. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms below.

shopmenina.com is operated by MENINA, registered in Australia under 40365489295. Trading as MENINA.

Products

MENINA sells eyewear designed in New York. Frame measurements, materials, and lens specifications are listed on each product page. Color reproduction on screen is approximate and may vary slightly from the finished frame.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the local currency of the customer's region — USD for orders shipped within the United States and AUD for orders shipped within Australia. Prices include applicable sales tax for orders shipped within the United States and GST for orders shipped within Australia.

Orders

An order is accepted when MENINA confirms it by email. The house reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or shipping address restriction. In the event of cancellation, the customer is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify Payments and the payment methods listed on the checkout page. Payment information is handled by the payment processor and is not stored by MENINA.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are set out on the Shipping page. Title and risk in the goods pass to the customer on delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returns and Warranty

Return and warranty terms are set out on the Returns page.

Intellectual Property

All content on shopmenina.com including the MENINA wordmark, product names, photography, copy, and design is the property of MENINA or its licensors. The MENINA wordmark is registered with IP Australia under Trade Mark 2556714. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Use of The Site

The site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Bulk purchases for resale are not authorized. The house reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be intended for resale.

Account Information

If a customer creates an account, the customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for any activity under their account.

Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MENINA's liability in connection with any product or transaction is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Australian customers retain the rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law. United States customers retain the rights granted under applicable state and federal consumer protection law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia, save where applicable consumer protection law grants the customer the right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
