Returns & Warranty

MENINA accepts change of mind returns within 14 days of receipt. The frame must be unworn and returned in its original case and packaging. Returns from Australia and the United States are free of charge. Returns from Canada and New Zealand are subject to a return shipping fee, deducted from the refund.

To begin a return, email contact@shopmenina.com with the order number. A return label will be issued. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Each frame is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including structural faults in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, scratches, alterations made by a third party, or general wear and tear.

If you believe your frames have a manufacturing fault, email us with a description and photos of the issue within 12 months of receipt. If your frame is deemed defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost. In the event that the original style is no longer available, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
